Therapy made accessible

For some people, individual therapy can be lifechanging as they embark on the journey of self-discovery and pursuing the life that they want. For others, because of busy lifestyles, financial commitments or other reasons, regularly attending weekly therapy may not be possible or feasible at the moment. Online courses can give you the experience of receiving therapy, in your own time, and at a pace (and location), that suits you. From my extensive experience supporting people to successfully overcome their problems, I have developed four courses using tried and tested, evidence-based methods.
